Diesel Reservoir Project for Japan Tobacco International

At Japan Tobacco International (UDTCL) we have successfully commissioned underground diesel storage tank for internal usage. It was a turn key based project. All mechanical & structural design was done by NOVELTY. Capacity of the reservoir is 40000 Litre. Tank is fabricated with 8mm thick MS plate with Surface read, Painting outer surface, MIO primer, anti Corrosive coating. It was successfully tested with Ultrasonic and Magenetic Particle Testing procedure by Novelty Team successfully. Pressure test, leak test and calibration test was also performed in standard manner. Most importantly all the logistics support reagrding issuing NOC and approval licenses from local authority also provided by NOVLETY team. As per the BANGLADESH Government Petrolium Act it was approved by Department of Explosive with applicable guidelines. Fuel transfer is automatic and necessary safety measures at place for smooth operation.
