Novelty was selected by Bangladesh Power Development Board to Replace and Renovation of full roof in engine room (monitor & C.I Sheet with insulation) at Bera70 MW Power Plant, BPDB, Bera, Pabna. Before getting through the engine room there was a lot of problems to work due to water leakage. The objective of this project was to eliminate the water leakage problem.
Client Choose here Sandwich Panel instead of other type of panel. Because Sandwich panel will reduce the amount of high sound of the engines. Moreover, it provides excellent fire Protection, Good thermal insulation, Significant sound absorption & heat insulation effects. It is also cost effective and light weight.
In summer, surface temperature of color steel plate roof can reach 63℃, and color steel plate with high temperature will make large amount of heat transit inside room, make indoor temperature raise and make ambient temperature reach 40℃.Optical spectrum selective insulation film adhered on heat insulation acid proof plate surface can reflect heat source, infrared ray,ultraviolet ray and visual light heat in sunlight selectively, and has reflectivity up to 85%. Heat insulation performance comparison test of heat insulation color aluminum plate and normal color steel plate shows:Surface temperature of heat insulation acid proof plate is far below that of normal color steel plate, indoor temperature of the former is 8℃ than normal color steel plate, and the former has efficient heat insulation performance.
Thermal insulating materials, materials or material complexes apparently resistant to thermal currents, are the general name for thermal preserving and heat insulating materials. Thermal preservation is to prevent heat from spreading or losing, whereas heat insulation is to prevent external heat from entering. According to chemical composition, thermal insulating materials are classified to inorganic, organic and composite. Inorganic thermal insulating materials adopt minerals as raw materials, usually in fibrous form and porous form, and can be produced into panels, sheets, coils or pipe shells. Organic insulating materials are made of organic raw materials (kinds of resins, corks, wood-wools and wood chips etc.).
